As a special treat Shawn came home with us from the Bales house and stayed the night. I was able to take an old stocking of mine and put his name on it and even had a few things to give him. The boys loved having their Uncle Shawn get to stay over on Christmas!

Advent wreath- one candle represents the Prophets who foretold about Jesus, another is for Bethlehem where Jesus was born, another is for the shepherds and the joy that they had at the announcement of Jesus birth, another is for the part the angles played in announcing Jesus to Mary, Joseph, and the shepherds. The center is the Christ candle representing Christ coming into the the world and being the Light and also for His second coming.
Uncle Shawn brought his guitar- lots of fun!
